Online Distance Learning ProgramThe University of Arizona College of Engineering provides online distance learning opportunities for master’s degree programs, certificate programs and distance continuing education (CEU) courses. These programs are designed with the flexibility needed for working professionals, including choice of programs and on-demand availability. Online programs are available for CEU courses, credit master's-level certificate programs, and MS and ME degrees in systems engineering, industrial engineering, engineering management, and mining and geological engineering. Master of Science in Engineering Master of Engineering Graduate Certificates Graduate degree and certificate program applications can be filled in completely online through the UA Graduate College. Master of Engineering The Master of Engineering is a practice-oriented, focused degree. Distance learning makes it flexible. There is no residency requirement. The curriculum can be personalized to meet your individual interests and career goals. Student-initiated projects may consist of 0-6 units of the degree program and are usually areas of study that complement our students’ professional practices. In addition, students may also qualify to transfer 6–12 hours from another institution. Even the form of the capstone event is defined by a faculty committee and based on your area of study. Check with you department graduate coordinator to see if the ME degree is available in you area of interest. |
