Setting Proxies in Meeting Maker

Follow this procedure to allow another user (John Doe, say) to access your own Meeting Maker schedule. If you need to access John Doe's schedule, he should follow this same procedure when he is logged into Meeting Maker using his account info.

1. Determine if John Doe needs read-only access to the schedule (i.e., he can access your schedule but cannot make any changes), or if read/write access is necessary (he can acces the schedule and make changes).

2. Login into Meeting Maker using your own account information.

3. In Meeting Maker, follow this path: Edit - Proxy List - Search - and enter John Doe in the search field.

4. Once the user -- John Doe in this case -- has been found, add the user to your proxy list and at this time specify the rights that John Doe will have with regards to your schedule.

5. The next time John Doe logs into Meeting Maker, your user name will show up in the Proxies list.

Repeat this procedure for any other users to whom you wish to grant access rights to your schedule. If you need to acces anyone else's schedule, the other party needs to follow the above steps once they have logged into Meeting Maker using their own account information.
