Internships, research and clubs are integral to the undergraduate experience. The College is committed to graduating work-force ready students and encourages every undergraduate to do at least one internship while at the University. The UA is a Tier I Research institution, and you’ll find no shortage of opportunities to work alongside some of the greatest minds in engineering. Plus, with about 40 student clubs and organizations, there’s a place for you to connect with other students, explore your interests, and hone your skills.

A number of informational and social programs keep parents and families of Wildcat Engineers in the know throughout the year. From a whirlwind of Welcome Week activities to the informative, reflective and often humorous weekly emails that students (and parents who opt in at orientation) receive from the dean of academic affairs, students are supported and valued.
